Thoughts in my head

I haven't updated in a while, so... here goes...

Right now, I'm bored, terribly.
Steven Colbert and Jon Stewart are hilarious.
Scrubs is a funny show.
Emo's suck.
Internet pwns.
Orange Juice is the best juice.
I should've bought a spare double cheeseburger today from BK.
Lemon has the best ade.
South Park ftw!
School isn't cool.
8 hours a day of school is worse.
People take Myspace way too seriously.
Got new shoes today.
Adio.
World of Warcraft isn't gay, as previously thought.
Level 17 rogue yay.
Played guitar today.
Suck much, yes.
Enough.

H:PZ Concert

I'm going to a concert on Saturday in Marquette, shoudl be the bomb-diggity. Hero Point Zero is going to be there, and they're good so that's cool.
Also, I'm a Level10 Rogue that can duel-wield and sneak(ninja style) and pickpocket(in WoW, of course). :)

New opinions.

Well, I guess it helps to give a game a few hours to 'rate' it, instead of one. I'm starting to really like WoW, and BF2142 isn't AS bad as I previously said, but there's something about it that I just don't like, but I'm not sure what it is. A huge thing I hate with BF2142 (and all battlefield games) is the massive amount of noobs. And I don't mean noobs as in, new to the game and suck, I mean the noobs that shoot down your helicopter when you get to it before they do, or the ones that pick up four other people in a helicopter, then jump out of the pilot seat, so the rest of the team dies in the crash.(!)
I'm playing a lot more WoW than any other game right now, but.. I don't want to buy WoW because $15 a month, and I can't/don't want to pay that, so it probably won't last long.
Thats all for now.

WoW and Python

World of Warcrack
I just installed WoW (World of Warcraft), the 14day trial, and i was ready to be addicted and to be ripped on for being a WoWFreak. It was interesting for about an hour or so, learning how to play and what not. It did, however, get repetitive, killing boars and 'Grell' and tigers. I've never really been to much of an MMO fan, so I have to say that if I DID like MMO's, it might be cool.
Python
I've trying to learn Python, which is a computer language that's supposedly pretty easy, which it is. So far I've been able to do some cool things with it, like make questions and things, and make a calculator and what not. But Python is what has been keeping me busy so far, the last couple of days.

*Update* jg_runway_v2

Here's just a few screens I took, showing some of the things I've been adding. Here is the overview of the new map, in the top left is the new building, the top right is the ramp, and bottom right is the car garage:

Here's a few close ups of some of the things above:

It's still not done, but it's getting pretty close and i hope nothing goes wrong and wrecks it all.

Fixed it

I had some problems with my map, but they're fixed now. The problem was that objects i spawned in GMod kept falling through my ground. Turns out, i just needed to add "-novirtualmesh" to the compiling options.

Other than that, not too many interesting things going on.

Battlefield 2142

I just got the demo downloaded and i played for about an hour, and to be honest, it wasn't that great. I was expecting a lot better, but I would take BF2 over BF2142 for sure (judging by the BF2 and BF2142 demo).
There isn't any grenades, c4, or landmines in the demo... Wtf! One of the best things about the BF2 is the landmines and the c4... There isn't too many things better than blowing up a tank after you slapped on three blocks of c4. A few good things about 2142 is that you still get that awesome feeling when you take down a vehicle holding 3 or more people; the rocket launcher shoots out 4 rockets at a time. I still hope that the real game is better than the demo, but... I'm not keeping my hopes up.

jg_runway_v2

This whole summer i was working hard on a map for HL2/Garry's Mod called jg_runway. But sadly, when i re-installed windows on my PC, I forgot to burn it to a CD or save it at all.
So now I'm making jg_runway_V2, and it seems to be going pretty good but it is a little different than v1, but nothing to serious.
Here's some screens of where I'm at right now, and it's not close being done, since I still need to build the garage on the tiled floor, and the house on the far end of the map, and fix some bugs.

The main changes are the water is now in a pool like structure, instead of like a small river, the map is wider than V1 and the off-road section of the map (the left, grassy side) now has a jump on it (but for most of it, it's still just random bumps). I still need to figure out some problems with it, but hopefully it will be done soon.

What?

Have you ever been told to do something you have no clue how to do?
Probabaly, like today, I have to type a critique for English, and do I know how to do that? Absolutely not. So I'm just going to take a guess and hope i get some parts of it right..
That's all i have tonight, I need to get to work on critiquing.
